Full Cash Purchase
After you checkout, we will generate the special warranty deed and email you a signed/notarized/e-recorded copy by email within 7-10 business days. If the full payment is not made online, you'll receive the information needed to complete a wire transfer for the remaining funds (full payment must be made within five business days) as well as a disclosure statement for you to sign. Once all funds are received, we will email you a signed/notarized/e-recorded deed within 7-10 business days.
After you submit the downpayment, we will email you a sales agreement to sign and notarize. You will also receive an email invite to set up automatic payments. Once all payments have been made, we will send you a recorded special warranty deed within 30 days.
