Yes. We sell to everyone from experienced real estate investors to first time property owners. Please feel free to contact us via phone or email to discuss your interest in purchasing rural land. 

Yes. Our inventory is constantly changing and we have properties which are available but may be unlisted. Check our inventory frequently or sign up for our platinum buyers list for updates. 

Yes. Our properties are priced at well below market value, and a large amount of our buyers purchase our wholesale properties to resell. 

We purchase properties strictly for the purpose of resale. Everything we know about the properties is included in the listing, and we have never been to visit the property. 

The properties are current on property taxes unless otherwise indicated in the property tax section of the listing. Taxes vary from parcel to parcel. Please contact the corresponding county tax assessor for further tax information. 

Unless otherwise listed in the description, the properties we represent do not have utilites. 

Mineral rights are not included. However, the properties have been geologically investigated and found to contain nothing of value. 

Most likely, yes. We work closely with small farmers regularly. Please contact the country regarding permissable property usage. 

Escrow services can be used if the buyer assumes all costs. 

Title insurance is available if the buyer assumes the costs. 

Yes. Although we would recommend against it unless you are experienced in the title recording process. 

Yes. Purchasing land in the United States does not require the purchaser to sign.The seller signs as the grantor granting the property to the Grantee or receiver of the grant. A child not of age to sign legally binding contracts does not need to sign to receive or take ownership of land. They might have a hard time selling it until they are of age.

We’ve simplified the buying process with straightforward, easy-to-read contracts. Of course, we encourage you to hire a professional if you think it’s necessary but we’ve done our best to make the process easy for anyone to understand.

Yes, American land can be bought by anyone who is not subject to American trade restrictions like citizens of North Korea, Myanmar, Cuba and a handful of other countries.

In some circumstances. Please remember that our company buys and sells rural vacant land. 

We include GPS coordinates as well as plat maps, 3D maps, and any other resources we could acquire. 

Often times, yes. Please keep in mind that each property is unique. Some are directly road accesible, and others may require a GPS and all terrain vehicle. Please contact us if you need help with maps, coordinates, etc. 

Can I build a structure on the property?
